Safety Telegram30 Error

Hallo ,

I am using Sinamics S120 CU 310 2PN (configuring in starter). I am communicating using PLC S7 1500(using TIA 15). Now I am having Telegram 30 error in PLC as seen in the attached document.. There is an internal event errror as seen in the Starter. I tried to validate the parameteres but the error is still there.

Please help ..

Thank you very much.. That was exactly my problem. Now I can see everywhere green :-) 

After everything works, I was looking at the error number F01711(6064)  in the attached pdf. I didnt see that. I saw 6064 in starter warning. But I couldnt imagine it would be addressing issue...I wonder how could you point the error number..

One more question - probably out of my inexperience of reading the faults. 

I was trying to find out from where can I get the fault description details. Is it from the "Information system" of the TIA 15 tool or from support.industry.siemens and seach the error number ? 

Also when I see in the help on event under online diagnostics as "You can get more information by searching for the event ID in the Step 7 Online help". But I am not sure on how to find this error decription with the Event ID.
