Same old LICENSE NOT ADEQUATE warning 13000

I have 4 machines that run SINAMICS S120 CU320-2 PN with either 1 or 2 servos that are presenting warning 13000 (2) and 13000 (3) with RDY led flashing green/red (License not adequate). And I have 4 other machines with same setup that have no warning. There are no performance licenses because I don't need it. The question is why the warning is present? I checked the system utilization (R9976) and all are under 50%. I am using Basic Functions via Profisafe, no extended functions, which I've read was one of the reasosn for the warning. How do I know the motive of the warning? Is there any parameter that could be causing the system to consider it IS using extended functions?

With that I found this post that you also colaborated: https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/WW/de/posts/fehlende-lizenz-bei-s120/147769?page=0&pageSize=10 It was the same issue for me. P1082 has to be <= 6000 rpm.
