Hi, I attached here a very simple sample program with S7-1200 and Sinamics G120 in Profinet.The ZIP file has the STEP7 V11 Project and the GSDML data. In principle, the main steps are: create a project with a S7-1200 CPU, import the GSDML, drag&drop it to the Network View, drag&drop the connection to the PLC, drag&drop the Telegram 1 to the drive,build a simple logic onOB1, compile all and download all and configure the device name on the drive. Dear, I have go through ur prog. and also try with my S7-1200 CPU 1214C and CU240S PN, but it not communicating. i have attachment config. so give me some hint.. manual.. thank u... Regards BNCOE

Hi I have tried your sample program in my project but I am not having any luck. I am using a s7 1200 to read the parameters of a G120 CU 240s PN F. It keeps coming up with an error message saying hardware submodule component moved or missing HW ID = 14. I have enclosed screen shots of the program for your viewing. I seem to have established communication ok but this error keeps coming up any time I try to download it to the device. Hello All, Check this Application Example which is recentlypublished in Applications and Tools --> Connecting a SINAMICS drive to an S7-1200 CPU in TIA Portal (via GSD file) But this application is with PROFIBUS DP |
