Sample Project of S7300 PLC as Modbus Slave

Here My S7300 PLC is Modbus Slave(CP341-RS485) and DCS is Modbus Master. I read the manual of Modbus Slave but i am not getting enough idea about Function Code.Also I seen Sample Project of Modbus Slave which comes by default when you install Modbus Slave driver. But in that only Communication block FB80 and DB80 are shown. FB80 has been called in OB1. i checked Basic Parameter in Hardware Configuration of CP341 but i am not able to relate it with S7 addressing as no Logic has been written for assigned input,output,memory in PLC Block. Can anybody Send me an example project with any real time application so i can have better idea of Function code. Thanks in Advance.
