Hello Everyone,

We use the Alarm View Control to display alarms of our machine on a HMI. We're currently using TIA Portal V13. 

I would like to know if there is anyway of saving the data in our alarm buffer to a txt file.

Does anyone know how to do this?

 Hi gmdlss,

You need to create a Data Log in 'Historical data' in your HMI, store it on  a SD card in .CSV format.

Then in you 'Alarm view' switch from Current alarm states' to 'Alarm log' and point to the one you just created.
