Save values and use them the next day

I have a counter that counts as such, but I want to be able to save the last value that counts at 12 at night and be able to use it the next day, is this possible?

Is it possible to only put the clock output? Or is it bad to put only the output of the clock and that is why the and is put?

The first AND(Edge) block makes, the current day value would transfer to the value of the day before. After that would the second AND(Edge) block resets the counter.
