Is it possible to save the historical data for every hour (from e.g. 12.00.00 - 12.59.59 o'clock,13.00.00 - 13.59.59 and so on) on a NAS in an own folder that is called like the hour? The CPU is a 1200 and the HMI connected to it is a TP700 Comfort. Has anybody done something similar and could help here?

Hello DAutomatix,

I would do that in your HMI.

The segmented circular log overwritte the oldest entries when the maximum segment is written.

So, I would use the segmented with a number of segments that fit your hour.

You can then do a scheduled task every hour and use the event "ArchiveLogFile" and to move the log to your directory. 

You can use an HMI tag for the location.

You can also do this with a VB script.
