The read me of PST says ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' The existing modules / components are browsed on the network using a broadcast service. These then signal back with their MAC addresses. The broadcast service is stopped after 3 repeated frames and a 10 second response time. Possible causes of error: · The existing module/component does not meet the requirements for communication with the PST. · The network load/utilization is high. Remedy: Repeat the menu command Network > Browse; and If the message "No station was detected on the network" is displayed after running the Network > Browse menu command even though there are nodes accessible in the network via their default MAC addresses, this may be due to one of the reasons listed below: · The correct network adapter was not selected. · One of the protocols was deactivated for the selected adapter.
