Scalance W 788 1 RR, issue with C PLUG

gprassanna8 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi all I have a S7 300 CPU and a IM 151 station, both are PN devices. Communication between these is as follows, 1) S7 300 to central server. 2) Central server to Access Point 3) Access point to Client Point. 4) Client to IM 151. Access Point: 6GK5788 1AA60 6AA0 Client: 6GK5747 1AA30 6AA0 cPLUG: 6GK1900 0AB00 Communication is all OK now. Signal stregth and configurations all OK. When I install a C plug in my access point, there is a communication break between the access point and the client point. Client goes out of the network and comes back automatically after random intervals (2 secs, 1 minute, random). I used a new C Plug, formatted it again and used, still same issue. If I remove the Cplug and configure access point without it, communication is perfectly OK. Please help me out!

Pittiplatsch Posts: 1368 Rating: (128)	Hello, perhabps a stupid answer but As soon as the device is started with a C-PLUG inserted, the WLAN device starts up with the configuration data on the C-PLUG. So...do you save the Config on the C-PLUG?

gprassanna8 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	ThanksPittiplatsch, I copied configuration to C Plug through the web interface already. And as i mentioned this issue is random. Also I observed that the communication break with clients is only in those which are shifting from one access point to another. It is a rapid roaming configuration. I have also tried with different roaming thresholds.
