We have a problem to connect or HMI PC panel P677 to internet. De network configuration is like in the attachment.

In the past is was possible to get Remote Service with the internetconnection on the scalance X108-1. But now when we plug in de internet cable into the scalence and we connect the PG into the same scalance we don't have internet connection or connection on the HMI.

Is it possible that this unmanaged switch or glasfiberbox blocked this connection?

There were problems with the power supply off the control system. PLC's lost the hardware and netwerk configuration. Verry weird.

After that no Remote Service was possible.

De installation is running, I can't test without glasfiber/switch.
