Scalance x204-2 ethernet switch, IP address doesn't appear in Primary Setup Tool

And I want to set up IP address and Subnet mask for this switch on Primary Setup Tool. But the IP address wasn't appeared. What should I do? Is there any special thing to set up IP address? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Primary Setup Tool(PST) doubt.
