it is dc geared motor from Nidec 404.961 it has hall effect sensor which gives pulses.in my configuration i haven't used the feedback yet. I configured the axis technology and I used its commands, I downloaded the program to the PLC and I push start but i didn't get output from PTO. However when I configure it to PWM it gives output. the whole program is activated except the CTr_PWM and Move absolute. I neither used any limit switches in hardware nor software the attached file shows the program and axis configuration.

Did you try moving it manually trough the "commissioning" control? |

I didn't connect any drive, I will use simple H-bridge to drive the dc motor. Is it obligatory to connect the drive ? it gives light with PWM without connecting any output or drive. I activated manual control but the commands weren't activated as shown in pic.

(1) (2) The MC_POWER should not be activated if you try to use the commissioning tool. I recommend strongly to use this tool to experiment with the JOG function to see the results. (3) (4) (5) A PWM can be used to vary the power / speed via the H-bridge. That means that a ramp up - run - ramp down profile can be generated with the aim to do positioning. Speed is the tool used to do positioning. When using a PWM, a mathematical formula and some rule based control is needed to regulate the speed to achieve position according to a position setpoint and position feedback. now.... you are in control of your own project and this thread - Kind regards. Dear William I am sorry, after your great post it is still not clear for me what is the problem with my program. Is it enable or move absolute ...?
