Hello sukhoi; You will get confirmation of O_Einstein's reply in the following article: Module 6ES7 231-5QD30-0XB0: SM 1231 AI 4 x TC x 16 bit “If temperature (reading), the value will be reported in degrees multiplied by ten (for example, 25.3 degrees will be reported as decimal 253).” https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ca/en/view/43185104 If you are using any other analog input module, please indicate the part number (MFLB) of the AI module in your reply; in such a case yu will have to program Norm_X and Scale_X functions appropriately. Please show us your program for that module. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello sukhoi; What selections have you set on the Dipswitxhes SW1 and SW2for your Wav5 Pro? Telling us how the TC transducer is set up will help us understand how you shpuld program your scaling blocks in the S7-1200. These selections are described (in English) from page 17 of this instruction manual: "Set input and output ranges, minimum input values and measuring span via the DIP switches SW1 and SW2 according to the following tables." https://catalog.weidmueller.com/catalog/Start.do?localeId=en&ObjectID=8560720000 Look down until you see the Downloads/ "User Documentation" link. Hope this helps, |
