SCL Block not working, Simatic manager step 7 V5.6

Hello Everyone, I Hope you all are having a great Time.

The problem I'm facing right now is that I've created a source code in SCL that generates the FB 610. When compiling it any error pops up and everything seems to be fine i'm even able to call it anywhere  in my program without any problem but it just doesn't work when downloding it to the PLC-SIM. it looks like it is not executed and the PLC scanner just ignore it. If you guys have ever had something like that before I would appreciate you to let me know how you worked it out

FB610 is called in FB600 as a multi instance block

Hi,

In Fb600 network 4 you have used block end instruction.

Thats why is not scan by PLC.
