SCL version

I have a S7-300 project, in this project I have a few blocks in SCL language. In these blocks I can't see SCL language, but only compiled AWL.

On my PC I have installed S7 SCL V5.3 SP6 Upd 2, in these blocks inside comments, I have found that blocks had compiled with S7 SCL V5.3 SP7.


I can't see SCL language because I have a prior version of SCL or because there aren't sources of these blocks?

Hello,

another (most possible reason) is that your blocks are uploaded from CPU but SCL sources are not presented. If you don't have them, no lucky with SCL, you need read STL.

before you import the source file, save it with .scl extension, not awl. import it and then generate your block from the source. here you should see the code
