Dear members,

We have a problem with a drive wich is coupled with a CU320 sinamics module 

this sinamics module is coupled by profibus on a d435 simotion controller.

I'm trying to communicate with the CU320module but it gives an error.( see attachment )

It gives only a connection with the integrated cu320 drive in the d435 controller. 

i'm connected with pg on the simotion controller on port x130. 

on x120 there is an HMI screen attached.

I have placed my pg in the network in netpro. 

In the menu installed devices in scout.

the modules that gives the error apear in the list with the installed devices.

Does anyone has a solution for my problem so i can connect with the CU320 module?

As far as I can see the red lines of the picture you enclosed there is a mismatching of release.

Do you changed the CU320 or it's the original one?

Are you trying to connect with the right project?

I have upload the hardware first in step 7, then in starter i opened the project.

I didn't change anything to hardware or changed  the cu320.

so i think it is the right project i am working with.

How do i upgrade the firmware when i can't reach the module?

Or when i change the device in the project do i have to download it again to the simotion controller?

For your feedback should be nice to know the FW release originally installed on the machine (you can read out from the label of the FC card).

Dear all,

I have created a new project and upload the hardware with step 7 ( read this in another post ) 

then i openend the project in scout and upload the cpu d435.

After this i transfer the integred sinamics module.

isn't it the correct way to do this?

the cf card is SINAMICS 2.3 + License MAP

We don't have the original program for this machine. nor we have a cf card reader.

When i upload cpu  i don't get all data so there is no back transfer possible.

Is there any other way to connect with the extern cu 320 module without a firmware update? 

example i adapt the hardware in hw config then compile, open the project in scout and then try to connect with and upload the drive? in this case i don't have to download any changes to the d435.

I placed the screenshots in a zip file. 

the simotion version is v3.2

i did make the changes in the offline project as you proposed.

Now i can reach te extern cu320.

Do you think its possible to upload the program? or is it not possible beacause backtransfer was not selected while downloading?
