Scout to Starter Conversion

I have developed one servo application using Scout and Simatic Manager software (Hardware used is IM 151-8 PN DP PLC , CU320 2 PN Servo Drive and KTP 600 PN HMI. Software usedis Simatic manager for developing PLC logic and Scout Software for drive parameterization). The entire system is commissioned and it is working well. I have tried opening the same backup in another PC in which Starter software is installed instead of Scout (simatic manager is present). But i keep getting a error message that simotion package is missing and when i open the harwdware configuration in simatic manager i am not able to see the CU 320 drive. What is the cause of this problem? and can it be rectified??
