For my case it doesn't help. In my catalog available the same panel, only with lower revision. I made change that and problem is seems the same. In my case simulation starting, show screen of WinCC and than nothing happens. No any error reported. Please see attached picture

Hello Sergey,

your picture shows that WinCC Runtime Advanced is starting. But this is not for simulating the panel.

Maybe you try Online > Simulation > Start.
