Script works unproperly after 2 months (User Archives)

This is a quite difficult problem to detect, cause no system error is apparently shown when tables are read. Thus, atype and description from other product isassigned leading toa wrong batch and producing an unexpected and dangerous chemical reaction for plant operators.

As an attached file i send you the C-Script used to read and link the tables to the User Archive.

This doesn´t happen continuously and after loading the batch again it seems to work properly (the 6th register takes the right value). So, the problem is that this happens at random and unexpectedly and can be dangerous. So the client is getting quite angry and threatens with the PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION!!

Is it maybe possible that WinCC returns the variable UA_JOB with0 value and in that moment the variables are not updated yet ? If there´s a time or cycle problem, could you please tell me where and why ?
