Hi experts ! Although this is a problem in the framework of a PCS7 project, it has more to do with WinCC scripts. I´ll explain myself clearly, cause it´s really urgent. We work reading values from two User Archives tables that have some things in common. We read the ID code from Table 1 and with this code we search in table 2 for the product type and description. Once we find the ID associated to table 2, we get these two values and continue tothe next ID code. We´ve been working for 5 years with this code with PCS7 v5.1 (and Windows NT) having absolutely no problem. After migrating to PCS7 v6.1 (Windows XP Pro SP2) it has started to work unproperly at random. At least 2 or 3 times has happened that some values (related to product type and description)are not well linked. In fact, the latest value registeredis inputted where the current variable is. Here is an example to help: Example: 1 0000876 Product 1 Type 6 Correct 2 0000832 Product 2 Type 9 Correct 3 0000543 Product 3 Type 1 Correct 4 0000036 Product 4 Type 4 Correct 5 0000765 Product 5 Type 2 Correct 6 0000987 Product 5 Type 2 Incorrect (should be: Product 6 Type 3)7 0005645 Product 7 Type 5 Correct … This is a quite difficult problem to detect, cause no system error is apparently shown when tables are read. Thus, atype and description from other product isassigned leading toa wrong batch and producing an unexpected and dangerous chemical reaction for plant operators. Thank you very much for your help in advanceand for reading so far ! Ciao Attachmentformula.zip (195 Downloads) |
