Scripts sometimes run ok sometimes don't it

Mainly, it should save data from the installation. I have programmed some scripts to run every night automatically. These scripts some nights work correctly but anothers they don't run properly. Really, don't run. - I have installed a software ('AMP WinOff'), to restart the computer every night before execute these scripts. - I programmed the execution of the scripts two times (if the first one faults, it should be runs one hour later). It continues working bad some days and well the others. And the questions are: Why? How can I solve it? THANK YOU!!!

Are some string longer the allocated space? This problems could cause by dirty working with strings. you should look were the skripts fail, then anyone can help you. regards cumulus

They should read the date of the PLC and save it as a .txt file. It works sometimes and then I think it's not problem of string lenghts, because it's always the same. In another VBS script in another different PC, in another factory with another WinCC occurs the same.If Iexecute the script as a programmed task at 10:00AM it works correctly, but if I programm this task to execute at night, it sometimes faults. Ihave desactivated the Screensaver and the Energy savers in Windows.
