Scripts won't compile anymore

Dear,

Initialy I Installed all this software on my new Windows7 64-bit SP1 system:
-Step 7 V5.5 SP4
-Simotion Scout V4.4.0.2
-WinCC Flexible 2008 SP3 Upd5
-S7 distributed safety V5.4 SP5 upd1
-Step 7 V13 update6
-S7 PLC-SIM V13 update6
-Startdrive V13 update6
-Safety advanced V13 update6
-WinCC Advanced V13 update6
-Simotion TIA update6

Everything went just fine, I made a new program and visualistion in TIA Portal.
Everything compiled, as it should be.
After that I installed WinCC Advanced Runtime V13, to test things out.

Now, my scripts won't compile anymore in TIA.
(strange error "canNotGetCompileState - Object typeFUNC_COMMONSCRIPT)
Even if I comment everything in the script, they won't compile.
It's also not possible to create new scripts.
And if I test the syntax of the script, TIA crashes (this also happens with empty scripts)
And even in WinCC flexible my scripts won't compile.

I already uninstalled all siemens software using:

I even deleted all left siemens folders.

After reinstalling I still get the same error.

Could there be something wrong with my VBS?
or the link between VBS and WinCC?
How can I test this?
Does somebody have an idea?
