secure mode password problem

Kadhar Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Dear Friends, We are purchased a MP277 10" Key HMI panel (MLFB: 6AV6 643-0DD01-1AX1).After switching on MP277 panel(first time), it is asking to enter password to leave secure mode.i do not know passowrd. i clicked Control panel as well as Task Bar and it is asking same to enter password. i am using WinCC Flexible 2008 Version 1.3.0.0 and Runtime Version V1.2.1.0. Please help me out to come out from secure mode and come back normal mode. I tried to OS update to reset that secure mode password.but i am not able to update the OS.It is not at all connect.i used MPI/DP adaptor and connected serial port to MP277 HMI panel and other side USB connected to my laptop.Now in WinCC flex, in connection tab, i set1FB and MPI connection.not connecting. Please tell me if i update OS, that secure mode password will reset?.then how to do it? Please suggest on this. Thanks in advance. Regards, Kadhar

See the following link: How do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? I suggest you to use Prosave (stand alone installation). And you need RS232/PPI Multi-Master Cable 6ES7 901-3CB30-0XA0 Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

As per Mr.Hristo Suggestion u tried? what about the status of that HMI? is the problem was solved? solved means tell the way to solve, because i also facing the same issue in one of my client place,same MP277asking secure password and was not able to communication with HMI Waiting for your reply.. Dear Expert, Any other solution????.
