Send Email with Comfort Panel WinCC V12

Hi Experts..!!

I am using a TP700 Comfort (Image Version: V12.00.01.00_10.13). My main task is to send a list of real values on my PLC to several Email accounts mostly ..@gmail.com.

I configured the next settings on "Runtime Settings/Services"  

Server Name: mail.google.com

Name of Sender: XXXXX 

Email address: XXXXX@gmail.com

Login: XXXXX@gmail.com (same as Email address)

Password: xxxxxxx

Secure connection Required (SSL): Enabled

When I execute the command (Via Push button) on the Alarm View Window I see  the Next Message "No connection to SMTP server or authentication not possible"

The panel does not give the option to specify the port number or change authentication mode to "TLS" wich is the one that gmail uses through port 587. 

I think I am missing some other steps to do that, could you  please advice.??

Hi Dony_C,

I am encountering the same issue. Trying to change different parameters but it is still not working. I have an error message "One or more emails could not be sent please check the smtp setting ..."
