Dear all,

I have a question to ask. If I want to send 10 bytes of data to another plc in S7 using put function, what should be the right syntax to enter? For example, I want to send data from datablock DB1 in plc1 to datablock DB4 in plc2, my syntax at SD_1 is 'P#DB1.DBX0.0 BYTE 10' and ADDR_1 is 'P#DB4.DBX0.0 BYTE 10'. There was no syntax error in the program, but when I execute it, data was not written into plc2. Does anybody know why?

BTW, I also want to ask what should I put if I want to transfer 5 words or 2 double words at ADDR_1 and SD_1? I tried 'P#DB1.DBW0 WORD 5' and 'P#DB1.DBW0.0 WORD 5', but all got syntax error.

Please help to give some suggestions or reference manuals.

                            In your program check your destination id (node address) of the both plc.here i attached the sample logic for put/get function. go through it may be help you.

Thank you for the help, I found in your ppt, your entry format were the same as mine, but my one was not working, this makes me incomprehensible. I'll try to find out where the problem was.
