Sending data from C# to WinCC RT

Is any way send string (number and char) to WinCC RT Vizualisation ? I need send data in real time. I see some script for sendnig .txt but it is not right way. I heard something about SOAP sending message. Is the way right ? Thanks for help!

If I found it right it is: WinCC RT Professional Simulation V14.0 SP1, sorry about it. In new version is possible to do it ? Have you some script how I can send the data from C# to WinCC as tag. I read somtehing about the configuration SOAP connection in "Documentation (3,5 MB).PDF" (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/99808171/user-login-to-operator-panels-with-rfid-card-reader?dti=0&lc=en-UA ). Maybe it is possible ? This configuration is runnging offline(PC-WinCC), I need the same. Thank you for your help Richi.
