Sending login details over unencrypted connection?

Hi, I'm using a UCP ( MTP1000) and I have this exact issue. I've configured the system as local user management, added a user (admin rights) in TIA and enabled edge computing / remote access on the panel. I can access the edge management, and the user access at the panel address (192.168.x.x) via browser on development machine. If the runtime isn't running I get a message telling me that the runtime isn't running. But if I start the runtime via the panel then I get OP's message about missing 'IdentityProviderURL' and asking me to 'fix UMC configuration' - but it's not UMC, it's locally managed - I should just be getting a user login request. I have satisfied all the requirements in the instructions in the attached image. I enabled encrypted connection and installed the certificate pack in to Trusted Root. But I still get a warning and the site is not HTTPS - I read somewhere that it should be HTTPS (maybe it won't allow sending login details over unencrypted connection?)
