Depends on what hardware and networking is available on your remote system. If you can directly connect to the remote s7-1200 from a PC, you might be best served by having a custom PC application collect the report data from your PLC and send out the reports. You can put that in your plc provided it has a way to send out onto the inter/intranet and your email port is not blocked for your plc to send email.

Then you can accesss data any where in the world through this cloud server via Internet.
