Hi. Although I fix my previous problem I have a new one .. Im having troubles sending simultaneous requests to my slave. I want to extract 300 registers from my slave but I can only ask for 127 in one message so Im trying to send the other request to obtain the rest of the data. I put a timers at the end of each request to make the communication cyclical but when is sending the new message it deletes my data in the first one and reverse. Can someone help me ?

Hello .Thanks for the answer. I explain my self wrongly when I said simultaneously , I meant to ask how I can set the sequence for sending one message after the last one is done. Do you have some example of how to do it the way you are explaing to me ? Right now Im doing by setting timers at the end of each message that I send but I have troubles with the time between them,if I put 1500ms is to fast and the data changes and if I put more then it doesn't work right. The REQ parameter I set it with a pulse every time I compose a message.

Please read Kaulquappe's reply once again.

Take the time to read it all. He has already provided the answer to your newly rephrased question.

Evaluate the outputs Done and Error. If Done becomes true, you can send another request. If Error becomes true, decide if you want to send a new request, or go to a fault management routine where you will read the error code and correct the problem.

Hello, yes I have read his post, I was asking if maybe he had an example. I have done that now, checked the DONE and ERROR request and then send the REQ start. But Im having a weird situation. I will explain.. In each request im getting 125 registers,Im setting the time between request in 5700ms,three of this requests are working ok, but the forth one,that is in the first segment, is not working.

Hello,  I had nor check for the errors of the p_send function only the Cp bufer diagnostic and in that one no error was showing up,but on the p_send function from time to time shows the error e32 ,I have read what this error means but I dont know what to check taking into acount that Im receiving the other parameters ok. 

Regarding the example I have already check this example but in this one they use FB5 and Im dont know how to work with Scl language..

Hello Kaulquappe. First of all you are right I should had check for the errors in p_send and p_receive first thing,when I checked Cp bufer and saw no error and I complete forgot about the others thats my mistake. 

But I didnt say that I didnt care about the error just because I was receiving the other information I just said that I did not know what to do. I checked the receive function and its showing no error.

I realize that the misfunction of the segment was that was taking the same information of the last request,all parameters were ok..no overwriting of registers in the db nothing,it did not matter were I send the data. So I leave the first segment taking some registers that I would no use and in the next one I put the one I needed and it works. The truth is I dont know why,maybe since you guys are experts can tell me. In resume I had to put an "spare " segment to make it work.
