How could I send an XML Telegram to an OPC Server?

I have a IM154-8PN/DP as a CPU. The Communication uses Profinet,

This XML Telegram looks like this :

I do not think that you can send a userr defined XML Based Telegram to an OPC Server...

Yes of course ther is a OPX XML DA specification between OPC XML DA Server and Clients. But this telegrams you cannot change in its structure.

Perhaps you tell us more about your usecase.
