Sentron PAC 3200, faceplate made for WinCC V11 convert to V13

I am trying to use the faceplate created by Siemens for Sentron Pac 3200:

The problem is that this faceplate was made for WinCC v11. When I try to convert it to WinCC V13 SP1, it shows an error (0080:000030) = "An error occurred while upgrading the project".
