SK(2*A) Posts: 140 Rating: (0)	Hello Experts, I am using CP341 module for serial communication. I am facing a strange issue that, after some time the communication gets stoped and it doesn't resume again unless I take out the serial cable and again insert it in. What could be the possible issue? I want the serial communication to continue for long time without this kind of immediate stopping :( Please suggest asap! Thanks!

SK(2*A) Posts: 140 Rating: (0)	Hello Marcjan, I am using 315-2DP, Just for your info, I am using 2 sensors which are serially sending data to PLC. I swapped the position of two sensors on the PLC and that worked fine, serial communication didn't stop for 5-6 hours untill I switched off PLC to finish my testing. I know the next issue in the functions BSEND, AG_SEND, TUSEND: sometimes, send-function does not set the completition result - either positive (DONE), or negative (ERROR). If your program is waiting for this before sending the next request - it also “hang up” at this point. So, if you are using an exchange in a request-response mode and CPU send requests, be sure to check the time during which the send-function does not set result (a sending timeout), and in the case of a timeout just reset the job (REQ = 0).
