SERVO MOTOR ERROR

Error code number is 31150: Encoder 1:Initialization error(80_000 hex). This motor has been working for eight months. But I didn't understand why this motor has this fault. I wonder the reason of this problem and the solution of this error. Best regards.

First think do do is checking the cables and connections. If they are OK, then the encoder is possibly damaged.

Because with the same equipments and the same cable I commissioned different siemens 1FK7 servo motor. I thought that the encoder is damaged. But I don't understand that there is no impacts and no axis load on the shaft end. This motor was working with the high accelerations and also the motor was a bit hot; approximatley 70 centigrade degree. Can it be the reason of this problem??? Or another thing for example flaw of encoder. Best regards.
