Servo motor problem

Dear Expert;

I have the problem of servo motor which control by Sinamic S (CU-320).

I changed the same type of servo motor 1FK7042-5AF71-1TG3 by the new one (see attach nameplate)

Then, I tried to jog the motor but it's not work (Alarm : motor block -> motor no load and shaft is free)

I saw that the resolver between 1 & 2 are different (p=1 N03 / p=1 N10). I don't know that meaning.

And if I need to change the new servo spare motor, how can I config its ?

Description, (nameplates snap in your attache post), of motors is same & motors are identical. 

Is  this geared servo motor?

Why you changed the first servomotor? What was the fault in original servo motor?

If it is geared servo  motor, have you checked the gear box?
