In tia portal (example for s71200)

you creat a datablock with "settime_hmi" tag (data type: DTL) and put it in the input  of SET_TIME function in program PLC.

In HMI you creat a hmi_tag and link it to settime_hmi in PLC datablock you created before, creat I/O field...

then you can set time from HMI to PLC

 unfortunately i didn't find an appreciate solution , i cant use the NTP METHOD Because there is no ethernet in my plc here ... 

im using TIA_PORTAL_V13 (cpu 312 + panel TP900) 

who can help me ,  can give me the steps to follow ?????
