set ti parameter in wincc to PID FB41 in S7

dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 12/7/2024 Posts: 12301 Rating: (2692)	Hello seba; The parameter TI in FB41 is a TIME datatype. actually, this is a 32-bit ineger value that represents milliseconds. So first use in yourFB41 call in the PLCa register formatted as a TIME datatype for the input to the TI parameter, either in a DBx.DBDx or a MDxx register. Then in WinCC use an Unsigned 32-bit value (linked to your TIME register in the PLC) that you will multiply by 1000 inyour I/O fieldbefore transfering to the PLC . So if the operator writes the value 15 in the I/O field, the PLC will see 15000, and automatically convert it to T#15s in your FB41 call. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier
