Set X30 COM to Modbus RS485 ?

Hello,

how can I change the X30 COM to Modbus RS485 ?

The first question is of course which ttySx is used ?

Is "switchserialmode /dev/ttySx rs485" command right ?

I have compiled the image from the github: https://github.com/siemens/meta-iot2050

and "iot2000setup" is not included, will this come later?

This is my first post here, I hope that in the future I can contribute more than asking questions :)

Hello oxinon,

iot2000setup now is become iot2050setup.

Type it and then you have almost the same menus from iot2000setup.

For Serial Port go in Peripherals --> Configure external COM port

 I cannot test it right now, but searching inside iot2050setup.py file i found this command:

"switchserialmode ttyuart -D /dev/ttyS2 -m " + mode

So I think that the right device is ttyS2, but you can try and let us know
