That is too general. Without precise information, you can only get general answers. - If only one setpoint, a hysteresis must be integrated. Otherwise there is a constant switch between heating and cooling in the setpoint range. - Or do you want two setpoints. - You cannot limit the input via the display without additional programming effort.

There is no block for this, you have to program something from the existing blocks. Usually a hysteresis is required between up and down, otherwise it is only a constant switch between up and down.

If temperature is higher than setpoint + 1,0°C, cooling is started If temperature is lower than setpoint, cooling is stopped If temperature is between setpoint +/- 1,0°C, nothing is done If temperature is lower than setpoint - 1,0°C, heating is started If temperature is higher than setpoint, heating is stopped You can setup the difference for starting and stopping as you want.
