I'm build up a one axis system use S7-315T_2DP IM174 Yaskawa sigma V servo motor system and use pulse strain control. Home sensor is SUNX PY-M 54 (already change the signal from NPN to PNP by realy) that signal is connected to IM174 X11BERO I can make the axis moveing to a correct position. Now i have few question. {Positioning time} Even i can make the axis moveing to a correct position. but the positioning time is too long. How to make the positioning time shortly {Monitoring the I/O signal} How to monitoring the X11 input signal and I/O signal on CPU & IM174? {Home search} When i use the Home search function to find the home point. that just moveing a short distance Even i trigger the sensor to make a signal. The axis still moveing. can't stop. like out of control. How to setting the Home search correctly? more details setting please find the attachment web file. I don't have any experience with Yaskawa servo products. I've used Panasonic servos before and they seem to work very well. http://www.clrwtr.com/Panasonic-Servos-Motors.htm |
