Setting the time in an IPC477D-panel from an S7-system

Hi.

I have a problem since I need to set the operator panel time from the PLC and not the other way around...
This is because an external control system of another type is using time sync directly on my S7-system.
I have an IPC 477D panel and I use TIA portal and WINCC Proffessional.
Does anybody have a suggestion on how to solve this?

Hi rosengren,

I think ntp could solve your problem. Try so set up the system clock of your IPC477D to synchronize via ntp to a ntp server. The server to be synchronized with must be your plc.
