I want to control the motor with the Control Unit. I have searched online for the resources but could not find the one. Next you need to check compatability of CU unit you have with drive module & then you run your motor with drive which operation can be controlled by CU. Please refer SINAMICS S120 Getting Started with the STARTER Commissioning Tool application example for more detail information. HTH

muthi Advanced Member Joined: 5/16/2018 Last visit: 5/3/2021 Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have brought Power Module PM240-2 (6SL3210-1PB13-8UL0) and connected it with the Control Unit (CU310-2PN) and Synchronous Motor (1FK7022-5AK21-1VG3). When I tried to run the motor using Control Panel in STARTER I'm getting fault message 7802: Drive: Infeed or power unit not ready. I have connected the power supply to the Power Unit, but not sure why this message is showing up. Could you help me how to solve this. Input supply voltage Control Unit - 24VDC Power Unit - Single Phase 230VAC Thank you Attachment fault.PNG (63 Downloads)

Instead of rotating the motor continuously, I want it to rotate till some specific distance/time, stop, and then rotate (something like conveyor belt operation). I'm not sure how to do it using STARTER. Can anybody provide an example or manual on how to do it?
