How to do this is described here. You will then need to install a browser, e.g. Chromium and add a autostart script to automatically start it. Some more info can be found here. Accessing this from "outside" via VNC you need to install a VNC Server on the IOT2050. There is different instructions in the web, e.g. this one. Best regards!
