Setup Autostart with Windows

But nothing can be installed and a PrerequisitesFailure appears. See the attached pictures. This is a little bit annoying. Has someone a solution? Thanks! Attachment TIA_Setup_1.jpg (114 Downloads)

I just have to wait until the setup window finishes initializing and then I can close the window. But you are right, the problem is similar, I think something went wrong with installation, and then the TIA portal want's to finish some installation after reboot. But everything works fine. I worked with V12.0 and installed V12.1 today, but the same problem.

I deleted the entry there and now everything is OK. The entry named as 'ContinueAfterReboot_WinCC_Comfort_Advanced_V12.0_12.0.0' did not delete itself after installation. I didn't know that a task can be startet every time a user logs on.

For me this indicates the Setup wanted to do some more steps after reboot - but the DVD was missing. So the setup didn't finish completely. I don't think there is a really big problem, but it might have a reason why the entry existed.

And before i deleted the entry I inserted the disk with WinCC_Comfort_Advanced_V12.0 on it, but nothing else happened. I got the same PrerequisiteFailure. So I decided to delete the entry and to don't care what it was intended to do.
