Hi S7-300 and I want to setup RS485-Modbus communication link between Yokogawa Centum CS-3000 DCS and S7-300 PLc. DCS as a Master and PLC as slave. what setting needs in yokogawa centum3000 ? This is SIEMENS Forum and I think the DCS setting for Modbus should be checked in the related DCS Manual or configuration. You can only ask here how to setup S7-300 PLC as Modbus Slave. There are numerous threads here regarding the same and you can go through it and ask here if you have any problems in configuration. thanks, Jay
