SF and BF indicators are constantly flashing on IM151-1

Hi All,

I currently have an IM151-1 Standard (6ES7151-1AA06-0AB0) interface module connected to a DeltaV controller via profibus connection. I have downloaded the latest gsd file (v4.0) from the Siemens website and imported that into the DeltaV software. I have also confirmed that the address in the software configuration and physically on the dip switch are set to 3. However, the SF and BF indicators are constantly flashing on the IM151-1 module. I have also tried replacing the IM151-1 interface module, the profibus cable, and the DeltaV profibus card.  I have also downloaded the DeltaV controller several times.Termination was also checked. 

Any other suggestions for resolving this issue would be appreciated.
