If Any SF or BF Error occurs on the PLC So how i will get the error input From PLC

open the diagnostics of the PLC and show the Diagnostic Buffer, here all errors are logged.

 When ever SF & BF error occurs then i want to show the error on the HMI  so how i get the input of that error as input in PLC.

what is  the path to go to the diagnostics...

Should i go through the Properties or any other way..

what exactly you mean with input?
You have a lot if Error OB's which started if the error occurr here you can write so some data which is displayed on the hmi, this must configured an programmed by yourself.

Or you use the SystemMessages from the S7-300.
