SF light of the PM module is ON and the BF light of ET200 is ON

I have the same problem. The SF light of the PM module is ON and the BF light of ET200 is ON. TIA Portal says that the configuration data differs from the onlie data. I checked this and the configuration is the same. Could anybody help me with this? Find attached a picture of it.
