Sf light on and plc in stop mode

Hello members, 

Today i faced a problem in s7 3pp where the plc is in stop mode and light is continuous. Also sf light is on. During diagnosis buffer i found that the stop caused by i/o access error. Also there is red line on plc, analog input module and digital io modules icons in hardware. Plc is not communicating with any of its input or output. For reference i have attached a picture.

did you in mean time download HW config, try to do this and than load also OB122 which will help you not to send your PLC to stop in case of I/O access error.

After that load Diagnostic buffer.

Also when i check every i/o card in hardware simatic manager it says " module configured but not available.

please check power supply to all cards, maybe it is missing, also check back bus maybe some card is moved.

I do not see clearly from picture what is module next to CPU, maybe this one is makes troubles, try to remove it physically and from HW config, and check situation.

It seems the module next to CPU, does not have any power?

I think that analog input card is causing the problems. It probably interrupts the backplane

Hello,

pls for next diagnostic try remove your Force functionality. Do you see that Led on CPU is ON? If you force some non existing Output you can be in trouble.
