SF on 331-7KF02-0AB0

yinnmg Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello, In our system, there are 7 analog modules (331-1KF02-0AB0) using with slave cpu IM153-1. I replaced one module in 7 slot with 331-7KF02-0AB0. Input is 4-20mA. I connected power supply and sensor as user manual. But 331-7KF0-0AB0 SF Led is on. dc 24V to 1 and 20. Comp at 10 to 11. Sensor input to 2 and 3. Something wrong?

Sensor input to 2 and 3. Something wrong? Hello, Please check that the setting in HW configuration is correct (Current setting) for this AI "Group" This module have 8-AI channels in 4 groups. Each group have two channels which should have same configuration. You should configure it in HW config. correctly and wire it correctly and also put the setting of measuring range module according to manual. For 2-wire transmitter, put the measuring range module in Position : D For 4-wire transmitter, put the measuring range module in Position : C Measuring Range module can be found in the side of AI module. You will found four black squares, each square / module should be adapted to group of 2 AI channels. Hope this helps.

mopS04 Platinum Expert Joined: 3/5/2014 Last visit: 8/5/2022 Posts: 5521 Rating: (1054)	hi, what kind of transducer do you have? 2-wire-transducer are powered by the measuring wires. 4-wire- transducers have a seperate power supply. this is an often made mistake, because from the most 4-wire-transducers are only 2 wires connected to the AI-card and the supply comes from somewhere else. If it is possible, that the transducer gets the powersupply somewhere else, except the measuring wires, try to project it as 4-wire. hope this helps, regards,
