SFB52 Index table and data records structure for X206 and X208

LaraCroft Posts: 60 Rating: (2)	Hi, Ihave CPU315-2PN/DP that need to readout X206 and X208 for each ports status (link active/break down,...). I found that SFB52 can do it, but I have no info on what INDEX number should I used and how the data records structure look like. I have made some tests with the X206, PNIO device 1, Port 4 = 2033 (W#16#7F1): ...with INDEX W#16#802A = did not read. ...with INDEX W#16#00CA = read some data but I have no description on what it is? Please, need info on INDEX parameter for X206 and X208 to evaluate ports status with SFB52 and what is the DataRecords description for it? LaraCroft

I have found some ware elsea example with the X206 with INDEX W#16#00CA(202dec) that work but I have no description on what inside the data records? First, you have to know that the X206 that I was testing was 5 or 6 year old, the INDEX have may be change for newer SCALANCE switch!My question is do we have a list of all INDEX code for all equipment on the market and description of the data record referenced.Regards

If DataRecords do indeed exist in any of the Scalances, Siemens would (should) describe/list them in the manual, but I haven't come across them yet (hence my earlier advise). I have received X206 example from my local Siemens distributer, but as I said, it is a very old demo program. Soon we will have new X208 and then I will test-it, but I will try to figure out what are bits and bytes status from that. Regards
