Question regarding SFB54 used in OB82.

what determents AINFO byte 26 and 27 "Format-ID"? Is it possible to be always 16#8000 or 16#8002. in nutshell I do not want diagnostic channel info (bytes follows 27) structure to keep changing.(with maintenance request, without maintenance request etc.)

I am looking for SFC/SFB that will work with central rack/PROFIBUS/PROFINET to get wire breaks- channel info/slot fault info.

I previously used SFC51 in OB82 and this worked fine with analog modules "OB82_MDL_ADDR in central rack/PROFIBUS ET200M. Then with ET200S did not work since OB82_MDL_ADDR is diagnostic address of PROFIBUS node and not ET200S AI module address as per ET200M/central rack. So fix was using SFC13 with diagnostic address of DP node for ET200S nodes. Now SFC13 will not work with PROFINET.

I wish Siemens had something "simple" as some other competitors.

Ok, there are two methods:

1. _{The approach using the diagnostic support with “FB_126_Dataset” based on the Report System Error (SFM) function which monitors the entire program cycle and the involved interrupts – This method does not work for me since I may not use Siemens HMI and there is no discrete bit in DB that is for each channel fault.}

2. _{The approach using SFC 51 (RDSYSST) which compares the actual status of the I/O to the desired status during CPU startup and SFB 54 (RALARM) which analyzes the source of error in the event of an interrupt during continuous operation. – This method stops short in explaining how to get channel faults (wire break, under voltage etc.). I know they are located in AINFO area. The problem is that bytes 27 to 1431 are dynamic depending of IO Device type, maintenance request etc.}

Oh and buy the way is there somewhere in Siemens world bunch of DB-s, data blocks with already entered USI (user structure indentifier) structure for Siemens common components (e.e. ET200S PN, ET200eco PN etc.)?

This would we very helpful if already exist instead entering manually from Siemens documentation.
